The frame consists of two sheets of glass. The base glass plate (thickness: 12mm) is black with faceted sides. The dial is composed of a glass plate (thickness: 10mm) to which the scale is printed with black screen printing. At the rear is a sanded steel plate, which allows a clear reading.
